GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2, also known as Pralmorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide that acts as a potent agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). It stimulates growth hormone release from the anterior pituitary gland with higher potency than first-generation GHRPs. GHRP-2 produces significant GH elevation with a relatively mild effect on appetite (compared to GHRP-6) and cortisol levels.
