White label usually means a product offered in a standard or unbranded presentation; private label usually adds buyer-specific branding or packaging. The quote must define the actual product, pack format, artwork scope, and regulatory responsibilities.
Ask for both options in the enquiry. Availability, transition steps, packaging changes, timing, and price must be confirmed for the selected product in writing.
MOQ depends on the selected product and packaging setup. The written quote should state the total-order requirement, per-SKU quantity, print minimum, and any setup charge.
If custom artwork is included, the quote should state the file requirements, who checks mandatory text, the approval step, and when production may begin. Do not approve a label until product identity and legal text are correct.
